About Us

Meet the Founder

Hi, my name is Slawomir Plamowski (Slawek, for short). I'm a Senior Software Engineer with 15+ years of experience building large-scale enterprise systems at investment banks in EU and Switzerland. I have gained my experience working with small Swiss startups and the biggest financial firms. I hold an MSc in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Technology.

Throughout my career, I've been on both sides of the interview table—many times. At BNY Mellon and UBS, I was responsible for conducting technical interviews and onboarding new team members. I've scaled engineering teams from 2 to 50+ people, which means I've interviewed hundreds of candidates and know exactly what separates those who get offers from those who don't.

The questions in EasyInterview aren't scraped from random blogs. They're based on real interviews I've conducted and taken—the concepts that trip people up, the patterns interviewers look for, and the explanations that actually make things click.

Having links to many large IT companies, I was able to gather a small team of experienced developers and project managers who helped me gather all the best knowledge to help you prepare for your next technical interview.

Our Story

Easy Interview was born from a simple act of friendship—and a set of handmade flashcards.

It all started when my friend, Ewelina, was preparing for her first interview as a junior JavaScript developer. Overwhelmed by technical jargon and complex concepts, she was struggling to feel ready. Wanting to help, our founder spent two weeks creating a set of flashcards covering the most commonly asked JavaScript interview questions—clear, concise, and straight to the point.

The result? Ewelina aced her interview.

That moment sparked something bigger. What began as a personal project became Flip Cards for Programmers (flipcards.io)—a platform that has since helped thousands of developers prepare for technical interviews with curated question sets across multiple programming languages.

The Evolution

After years of growing Flip Cards for Programmers to include 892+ interview questions across 13 programming languages, we realized developers needed more than physical flashcards. They needed instant, on-demand access to comprehensive interview preparation — anytime, anywhere.

That's why I have created EasyInterview.me.

EasyInterview.me takes everything we learned from Flip Cards for Programmers and delivers it in a fast, focused, digital-first experience. No shipping. No waiting. Just immediate access to the questions that actually get asked in real tech interviews.

The Team Behind the Questions

Our questions are curated by myself and a team of senior developers with 60+ years of combined experience in frontend, backend, and full-stack development. We've conducted hundreds of technical interviews at companies ranging from startups to enterprises.

We don't just collect questions from the internet—we write detailed explanations based on what actually matters in real interviews, what trips candidates up, and what impresses hiring managers.

What We Believe

  - Preparation builds confidence. The best way to beat interview anxiety is knowing you've studied the right material.
  - Quality over quantity. Every question is curated by experienced tech leads and architects—no filler, no fluff.
  - Access for everyone. Whether you're a bootcamp graduate, a career changer, or a senior dev switching companies—we're here to help you succeed.

Our Roots

We're proud of where we came from. EasyInterview.me carries forward the mission that started with a friend in need: help developers prepare with confidence and land the jobs they deserve.

Thank you, Ewelina. You started it all. ❤️
